Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your w1win account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. w1win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your w1win account, you must have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts. Additionally, any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. w1win reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made to a specific payment method for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
